
Kherson is currently a frontline zone where there is constant shelling.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, announced that 87,000 civilians are still in the city.
Our Peoples offers to create a safe shelter in the city, where people will be able to get:
- Consultation and communication with funds that provide assistance depending on the needs of a person
- Access to communication and the Internet
- A place to work online
- Access to office equipment if help with documents is needed
- Children’s corner
- Library
- Screen for cultural events
- Coffee and snack
- Access to emergency medical supplies
- Sports zone
- Rest area
The project is aimed at socially vulnerable people: children who will be able to distract themselves in a safe place, elderly people who will be able to receive consultation and help with documents, people who have lost their jobs will be able to join work online, cultural events are aimed at instruction and safety of life activities, etc.
This is not just shelter, but access to basic needs, comfort in safety.
